Inventory Increases

An inventory increase is an adjustment document that adds stock without a purchase, such as a found pallet, an opening balance, or a count that found more stock.

An inventory increase is created as a draft and adds no stock until it's committed. A draft can be changed or deleted. A committed inventory increase can't, and no endpoint cancels it.

One warehouse applies to every line of an inventory increase. A line for a batch-tracked item needs batches that add up to the line's quantity. A line for a serialized item needs one serials item per unit, and a line in a bin-tracked warehouse needs binLocations.

binLocations is one list per line, and each of its items can name the batchNumber or serialNumber it belongs to. A batch number or serial number that the item doesn't have yet is created. Every amount is in the legal entity's functional currency.
