A depreciation schedule is the plan for depreciating one fixed asset over its useful life.
A schedule is created when a fixed asset is saved. It uses the useful life from the depreciation rule in the fixed asset's policy. A schedule has a line for each depreciation period, such as each month. Each line has the amount to depreciate and its date. Recording depreciation for the lines creates their journal entries and marks the lines as recorded.
A fixed asset has one schedule or none. A fixed asset whose depreciationMethod is 'Bypassed' has no schedule.
The API returns schedules, not their lines. A schedule's fixedAssetId is a different kind of id from the id that the fixed asset endpoints use.
If an asset is recorded in more than one book, each of its fixed assets has its own schedule.
