Deletes the vendor with the given identifier.

DELETE /accounting/vendors/{id}

Deletes one vendor. Its bank details and remittance address go with it, and so does its business partner unless a customer record shares that same business partner, which preserves it. While any vendor bill, vendor credit or payroll payment references the vendor, the call fails with VENDOR_IN_USE and reports how many of each still point at it. If journal entries have been posted against the vendor's business partner, the call fails with VENDOR_HAS_JOURNAL_ENTRIES. Both are checked before anything is written. To keep the history and remove the vendor from pickers, deactivate it instead with PATCH accounting/vendors/:id and status 'inactive'. The response is empty.
